Product quality advantage

Currently, the domestic helium ball filling industry adopts pressure values as the method of filling measurement, whereas our company utilizes helium mass flowmeters as the filling measurement instruments. This approach fully meets the demand for precise measurement of helium filling quality, ensuring that the quality of each bottle of helium ball product meets the standards.

Our helium balloon filling production line has also achieved the process of vacuuming before helium filling, which can ensure that the helium content of each helium balloon product is ≥99% (with a slight increase in cost). This enables helium-filled balloons (taking a 9-inch balloon as an example, without adding protective liquid) to float for ≥16 hours or more according to the standard filling, enhancing the end-user experience and opening up a differentiated competitive market for helium balloon customers.

The production workshop covers an area of 4,300 square meters and is equipped with multiple automatic filling production lines. These lines can automatically complete processes such as vacuuming, filling, residual material recycling, weighing, heat sealing, labeling and coding, removal of non-conforming products, palletizing, and shrink wrapping. The filling accuracy for individual bottles is within ±0.1 Bar, and the actual monthly production capacity can reach up to 200,000 bottles.

Export compliance advantage

Due to the lack of tax rebates for domestic helium exports, while small steel cylinders enjoy export tax rebates, domestic exporters currently opt to separate the cylinders and helium for customs declaration and export in order to reduce costs. Strictly speaking, such an operation is not permitted under export regulations, posing significant regulatory risks.

Jingjie New Material Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. is located in the Jiaxing comprehensive bonded zone  in Zhejiang, China. We procure helium-filled small steel cylinders from domestic suppliers and can complete export tax rebates after they are brought into the Jiaxing Free Trade Zone. Once the filling is completed and the goods are declared for export, they can be strictly handled in accordance with export regulations, eliminating the need to separate the cylinders and gas for separate customs declaration and export. This legally eliminates operational risks and provides strong support for the sustainable development of our customers.
